The brand name "Summon" was established by Gloria's mother - Kitty.
“Summon” comes from the word “Summon” which carries out the same meaning. The inspiration was found in an animation used by a Witch when she summoned fairies and evils.
So how does "Summon" conform our brand image?
Kitty majored in Food Chemistry back in her college which Kitty personally loves this area; she has been a lovely mother who cooks and bakes the best food for families and friends.
Ever since Gloria was young she remembered seeing her mother serving great dishes just like magic; she remembered being around her mother inside the amazing kitchen all those years. There has never been such a thing called teaching between Kitty and Gloria; but until one day for the first time Gloria stepped into the kitchen and had her first bakery, it felt like she has known this naturally and have realized this is something that she really loves.
Then Gloria met Mandy at university. The two girls found out that they have similar interests and surprisingly similar levels in bakery. Soon they became close friends, more ever, like a family. Every time the three of them, Kitty, Gloria and Mandy gather together it is very rare that there's no food. All of them love cooking, baking and eating - somehow their weights have gone up after every meet up; but who can ever reject good food?
That’s why we say we are the Witches who summon guilty and happiness at the same time.

This is Gloria.
Mandy was my senior who firstly taught me how to wear high heels correctly and how to put on those fake eyelashes. There was one time she left her pair of eyelashes at my place which I was shocked seeing them suddenly - they look just like Paramecium (the ancient insect with numerous legs).
Few weeks later when we were discussing about what kind of logo we should use, I said to Mandy she's like a Paramecium who wears heels; why not take it as our image?
And there it is - our unique logo.
